FiSA CONFERENCE 2010 HIGHLIGHTS LATEST INNOVATIONS AND TRENDS IN FOOD INGREDIENTS
The international conference is held in parallel with FiSA trade show and will include presentations on the sector’s main innovations and trends. The programme was constructed by the Technical Committee of FiSA 2010, which includes specialists from food organizations and other leading sector professionals. The Committee evaluated 50 proposals for presentations, taking into account two main factors: innovation and degree of application for the food industry.
The programme of FiSA Conference 2010 is divided into five major subjects, all with fundamental importance for the food industry. Speakers include executives and researchers from more than 25 companies and institutions – including ITAL – the Food Technology Institute, linked to the São Paulo State Government Agriculture and Supply Department.
